How to order

1. Choose the product and how many you want.

2. Enter your name, mobile number and area (and the nearest landmark on the order page).

3. Check the products, delivery and total shown above the order button. You can change anything until you press it.

4. Press the order button. The next page confirms we received your order and shows its number.

5. We call you to confirm before shipping.

Your order

Placing an order is a request to buy. We call you to confirm it before shipping. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm by phone, or from a number blocked after repeated refusals.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are final at checkout. Delivery is free everywhere in Lebanon. No other fee is added. You pay in cash when the parcel is delivered. No online payment.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the store are estimates for each area of Lebanon. We deliver only in Lebanon.

Returns

See our returns and refunds page: you can return an unused item within 10 days after delivery.

Your order record

We keep a record of each order (products, prices, date and your details) in our order system. You can ask for a copy at any time: support@thegccpro.com.

Language of the contract

You conclude the contract in the language of the page you order on: Arabic, French or English. You can print or save these terms from your browser.

Age

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, with its real photos and contents. Colours can look slightly different on screens.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic.
