Returns within 10 days

You can return a product within 10 days after delivery, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Lebanese consumer law gives you this right for purchases made at a distance.

Something wrong with your parcel?

Email us at support@thegccpro.com within 10 days after delivery, with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.

How to return a product

Email support@thegccpro.com with your order number. We arrange the pickup at your address through our courier.

Who pays for the return

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay everything.

If you changed your mind, the return delivery fee is on you.

Your refund

We refund in cash within 7 days of receiving the item back. You paid in cash, and you are refunded in cash.

Good to know

Colours can look slightly different on screens.

Products with small parts are not suitable for children under 3: the age is shown on each product page.
