Who we are

What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, area or town, nearest landmark and what you order. Your name, mobile number and area are needed, and the landmark on the order page: without them we cannot confirm or deliver your order. On express order pages the landmark is optional. We do not ask for an email address.

We never collect payment details: you pay in cash on delivery.

When you browse: your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

Why

To call you to confirm your order, deliver it, handle returns, stop numbers that repeatedly refuse parcels, and measure our ads.

Who we share it with

Our delivery and call-center partner (COD Services) receives your name, phone, address and order, to confirm and deliver it.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok receive events about visits and purchases to measure our ads. Your phone number is only ever sent to them as an irreversible code (a hash), never in readable form.

Our order sheet (Google Sheets), which only we can open, and our hosting provider (Hostinger), which runs the store.

Repeat refusals

A phone number with repeated cancellations or refused deliveries may be blocked from ordering.

The country check

This store opens only in Lebanon. We work out the country of your connection from your IP address using DB-IP's database, on our own server. Your address is not sent anywhere, and for visits from abroad we keep only a count per country. IP Geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com).

Cookies and storage

Your cart, stored in your browser (tgp_cart_v1).

A note that you closed the language suggestion, stored in your browser.

A random visitor number (cookie tgp_vid, kept 1 year) to count repeat visits and show who is on the store right now. It contains nothing about you.

First-visit campaign details (which ad brought you), kept for your visit and up to 24 hours.

Meta's cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and TikTok's cookie (_ttp), used to measure our ads.

We do not use any other analytics tool.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for delivery, returns, accounting and fraud prevention. Live-visit data is deleted after 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see your data and get a copy, or to correct, complete or delete it: email support@thegccpro.com. Corrections are made free of charge within 10 days.

You can also object, for legitimate reasons, to the use of your data, including for advertising.
